We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eargasm style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn fashion items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories may be subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
